All of these services can now be accessed with just one login: home.stinngo.com. Or if you have your own Stinngo website, through yourdomain.com/login.
Your to-do list on your calendar page
Right under your calendar you will see all of the pending and request. This is a change compared to the old version, where you would see all requests and bookings related to that month.
Easier booking management
- Search for a guest by name or email address!
- You can now open your reservations in a pop over right from the calendar.
- You can now block periods when a room / rooms are unavailable, e.g. when you close for room maintenance or a holiday periode for yourself.
- In the new calendar the request are also marked in the calendar so you can give extra follow ups easily to convert these requests into actual bookings.
You can add as many email templates as you like and create them in different languages, too.
When opening a booking you can instantly send those emails from the pop over.
More flexibility in the settings
You can now set minimum stay requirements per room (rather than for your entire property) and differentiate between weekdays and weekends.
Detailed insight and reporting
Under the statistics you see the status of your bookings of the current year (the months past as well as the bookings for the remainder of this year).
If you wish to get more detailed information, then you can download reservations for a specific period in an Excel sheet. Handy for your tax return. You can find those in the settings menu under 'booking exports'
Connecting your calendar to minimise updating calendars on other sites
Through the settings you can create connections to calendar on numerous sites (Airbnb, Wimdu, Flipkey, etc), as you could before. Add your bookings to your own Apple Calendar/Outlook or Google calendar, if you wish.
